Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive HR dashboards tracking key metrics such as employee engagement, hiring trends, retention, and training effectiveness.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to inform leadership on workforce trends.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to improve HRIS functionality and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Analyze recruitment data to support efficient hiring decisions and track pre-employment metrics.
- Evaluate training program success and provide insights to enhance employee development.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
