Analyst, Human Resources

Champions Group, a nationwide leader in essential home services, is seeking an HR Analyst to transform HR data into actionable workforce insights. The role focuses on HR analytics, reporting, and collaboration with HR operations and talent acquisition teams to enhance workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.

Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools like Power BI and DOMO.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and DAX.
  • Experience with ETL processes and SQL querying.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and anomalies in HR data.
  • Effective communication for presenting insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain interactive HR dashboards tracking key metrics such as employee engagement, hiring trends, retention, and training effectiveness.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to inform leadership on workforce trends.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to improve HRIS functionality and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Analyze recruitment data to support efficient hiring decisions and track pre-employment metrics.
  • Evaluate training program success and provide insights to enhance employee development.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
