- Proven customer-facing technical program management or systems engineering experience.
- Experience leading technical teams delivering hardware or software products in operational environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development lifecycle and technical designs.
- Excellent communication skills for working across varied technical competencies.
- Ability to travel up to 25% and obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align strategic initiatives.
- Lead technical ownership of system performance, incident response, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Translate business goals into actionable project plans and manage resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Work autonomously to execute on broad and ambiguous requirements with high ownership.
- Coordinate and accelerate cross-team projects involving hardware, software, and operations.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and compliance teams to communicate product capabilities externally.
- Develop a product culture bridging business and technical teams.
Education
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
