Sonar Spark is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team in New York. This role is key to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting their needs while identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through the service process

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
