Director, Client Service, Advertiser

The Trade Desk is pioneering a new approach to advertising by leveraging advanced media buying platforms. We are seeking a dynamic Director for Client Services who can enhance our relationships with global brands and agencies.

Skills

  • Adtech operations experience
  • Client-facing skills
  • Leadership in advertising
  • Data analysis capabilities
  • Technical proficiency in SQL/Python

Responsibilities

  • Manage large Telco advertiser accounts alongside internal teams
  • Develop 12-month growth strategies for client objectives
  • Lead RTB buying strategies and optimization algorithms
  • Mentor clients on campaign effectiveness using The Trade Desk platform
  • Collaborate with product management for feature enhancements
  • Execute successful onboarding plans for new clients

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
