Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Account Representative to manage and develop strong relationships with our clients. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand client needs and provide strategic support and guidance
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor and report on account performance and key metrics
Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services based on client needs
Prepare and present regular reports to clients and management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or client relations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Experience in staffing or workforce solutions is a plus
