Responsibilities
- Own and lead the cross-functional Availability program from strategy to execution, including defining service-level objectives and managing the reliability roadmap
- Drive technical implementation and automation of synthetic monitoring frameworks and operational health metrics
- Conduct regular Operational Health Review meetings with senior leadership, translating data into actionable insights and accountability
- Serve as the primary contact for operational health and influence engineering teams to adopt standardized reliability practices
- Collaborate to overcome data fragmentation and establish a unified monitoring dashboard (‘single pane of glass’) for availability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
