- Experience working with multinational partners and vendors
- Excellent legal judgment and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate SaaS agreements, data processing agreements, security exhibits, BAAs, and NDAs with customers
- Negotiate reseller, MSSP, and strategic partnership agreements with channel partners
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements including SaaS, software, data center, cloud services, and data privacy terms
- Provide legal guidance to sales, channel, procurement, and internal teams
- Update contracts templates and legal playbooks as necessary
Education
- Law degree from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active admission to a State Bar
