Executive Assistant

Xometry is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Sales Officer and drive strategic initiatives within the Sales organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CSO and Sales Leadership Team.
  • Oversee key sales initiatives and projects.
  • Compile and analyze sales data.
  • Manage the CSO's calendar and communications.
  • Collaborate across departments to align on strategic initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
