The Manager of Marketing for Employee Activation at SEI is tasked with driving the activation of B2B2C prospects through strategic marketing initiatives focused on brand awareness and employer partnership benefits.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include building strategic marketing roadmaps, managing paid media strategies, collaborating with internal teams to improve data accuracy, leveraging analytics for business insights, and developing team talent.
Skills: Candidates should have strong strategic planning abilities, emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a comfort in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 6-8+ years of marketing experience, leadership experience of at least 2 years, and a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Location: This position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite work and travel required up to 10%.
Compensation: $92700 - $139100 / Annually

The Manager of Marketing – Employee Activation is responsible for driving the activation of B2B2C prospects for SEI’s employer partnerships. This includes external brand awareness strategies, paid media and paid social strategy, and partnering with internal B2C marketing teams to influence lead nurture with employer-specific messaging.
This person is highly strategic and collaborative, and will possess an interest in working cross-functionally and analyzing data to meet key business objectives. This role will manage a small team of direct reports.
