Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize HR operational processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR and benefits regulations.
- Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition activities, ensuring high-quality hires.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives.
- Maintain a budget for HR operations and benefits, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

- Base Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year

Requirements
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree in HR or a related field can be an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations and benefits management, with a proven track record in both areas.
- Strong background in HR compliance and a deep understanding of federal and state regulations related to benefits and HR processes.
