We Are Seeking Agents Who:

  • Are licensed Real Estate Agents in Maryland with a proven sales record (ideally $1M-$6M annual production).
  • Are driven, professional, and committed to providing exceptional client service.
  • Are eager to leverage technology to improve efficiency and results.
  • Value a supportive team atmosphere and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Are ethical, client-centric, and aligned with our core values of integrity and excellence.

Your Role:

  • Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio.
  • Guide clients through buying and selling processes with expertise.
  • Utilize brokerage-provided tools and resources to maximize your market reach.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions effectively.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Maryland Real Estate License is required.
  • Demonstrable success as a residential real estate agent.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to adapt to new systems.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Contract
  • Pay: Competitive Commission-Based Structure ($80,000 - $150,000 + potential, commensurate with $1M-$6M+ production) - Non-Salaried
