Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and preparing CFIUS-required submissions and review internal processes with product, engineering, and legal teams.
- Collaborate with IT and Security to ensure information systems comply with NSA standards.
- Review system documentation, architectural diagrams, and data flows for CFIUS risk identification.
- Develop and implement organizational compliance frameworks.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and recommend corrective action plans.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities for audit purposes.
- Support product lifecycle management ensuring adherence to CFIUS regulations.
- Stay current on technology trends to safeguard company's information systems.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a Juris Doctor (JD) in Law.
