Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global trade compliance strategy aligned with business goals.
- Drive sales growth via Section 321 programs in Mexico and Canada.
- Create go-to-market strategies for bonded warehouse services nationally and internationally.
- Lead client education programs to optimize FTAs, bonded warehouse usage, and duty mitigation.
- Build and scale compliance programs including HTS classification, country-of-origin determination, denied party screening, and licensing management.
- Serve as primary liaison with U.S. Customs and other global customs authorities and lead compliance audits.
Education
- Valid Customs Broker License.
- Relevant training or certifications in international trade compliance.
