VEG is a rapidly growing emergency veterinary company committed to creating the best possible experience for both pets and their owners. We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who is passionate about delivering impeccable service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and customer communications promptly

  • Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction
