We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relationship Manager to come and support new business development for the Middle Market Healthcare across the West Coast. This is a high visibility role within a rapidly growing division.
This sales and relationship focused individual will prospect for and close new clients, as well as retain and expand existing relationships. The Relationship Manager will take a consultative approach to selling bank products and services to prospects and clients. The Relationship Manager provides financial advice and partners with internal portfolio management and risk teams to approve loans within assigned limits and monitors ongoing portfolio credit quality.
The Middle Market Healthcare team at U.S. Bank focuses on companies ranging in size from $50 million to $1 billion in revenue across the entire healthcare ecosystem.
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of corporate or commercial lending experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Proven track record of business development and keen interest in client acquisition
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to independently build strong credibility and rapport with internal and external partners across complex organizations
Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans
Strong leadership and strategic management skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
