Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include prospecting high school and college districts, maintaining high activity levels, A/B testing messaging, and managing the pipeline in HubSpot.
Skills: Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in sales development, proficiency with CRM tools, and strong relationship-building skills.
Qualifications: A collaborative spirit with openness to learning and the ability to manage complex sales cycles are preferred qualifications.
Location: Position is based in Austin, TX, but remote work is not applicable as the role requires presence in specified states.
Compensation: $40000 - $80000 / Annually
ABOUT THIS POSITION
We’re looking for a driven and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate pipeline for Aceable’s growing B2B Sales team. This role is perfect for someone who understands how to manage and grow a complex sales funnel and is excited to experiment with messaging and outreach strategies. As an early team member on our expanding Sales team, you’ll play a key role in developing the sales development foundation, learning what works and what doesn’t in real time. You’ll report to our Manager, Sales and partner closely with sales leadership to prospect into education institutions and build the foundation of our outreach program.

Base Compensation: $40,000; Target OTE: $80,000
