Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher earned from an accredited institution of higher education
At least two years of experience in recruiting or experience in a related area
Demonstrated proficiency and experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite
Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the qualifications listed above.
At least one year in a supervisory or leadership capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher earned from an accredited institution of higher education
At least one year of experience working with the University of Arkansas BASIS system (any module)
At least one year of experience working with the University of Arkansas UAConnect system
Experience in higher education arts programming
Experience with community arts organizations
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):

Higher education organizations, admissions, and recruitment processes
Challenges and opportunities facing higher education
Marketing and communication best practices
The candidate is skilled in using:
Microsoft Office Suite
Project management system

Establish and implement outreach activities
Implement strategies increasing recruitment of prospective students
Establish productive working relationships with college faculty and staff and the community at large
Manage and delegate multiple competing priorities at once
Perform responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner and is reliable, resourceful, tactful, self-starting, flexible, and cooperative
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This position is renewable annually based on continued need for the position, availability of funding, and satisfactory job performance.
