MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Current unencumbered Arkansas RN license
Knowledge of simulation pedagogy and educational principles in healthcare.
One year of work experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed.
Other job-related education and /or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon recommendation and approval of the Chancellor.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Simulation, or related field preferred.
Experience working in a healthcare simulation lab or clinical setting preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
• Proficient is the use of computers and computer programs such as, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of record keeping procedures.
• Knowledge of basic grammar.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Strong technical skills with proficiency in operating simulation equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
