Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) specializing in Employee Benefits to join our team in Katy, United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees seeking assistance with their benefits programs, ensuring exceptional service delivery and accurate benefits administration.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional benefit offerings
  • Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and efficiently
  • Assist employees during open enrollment periods and qualifying life events
  • Maintain accurate employee benefits records and documentation
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and benefits vendors to resolve issues
  • Generate and distribute benefits-related communications and reports
  • Ensure compliance with benefits policies and procedures
  • Handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Support benefits-related administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • Experience in benefits administration preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Data entry accuracy and efficiency
