Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Toledo, OH. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and internal systems. You will assist in resolving inquiries, guiding clients through company procedures, and ensuring their satisfaction is maintained to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally and efficiently
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Coordinate with other departments to follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution
Assist with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and support tickets
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and client satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
1+ years of experience in customer service or support roles preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
