Call Center Virtual Assistant

The Matian Firm is committed to excellence in legal services and is seeking an experienced Call Center Virtual Assistant who excels in customer service and business development.

Skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Customer service experience
  • Call center experience
  • Strong performance-based metrics background
  • Case Management software experience

Responsibilities

  • Screen telephone calls before transferring to the assigned legal team.
  • Persistently monitor all incoming calls and update our system.
  • Follow up on missed calls and pending inquiries.
  • Take accurate notes.
  • Write emails, transcribe notes, research legal documents, and create spreadsheets.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a related field
