Business Development Executive

Too Good To Go is a mission-driven company focused on reducing global food waste by connecting food businesses with consumers through a large marketplace. They seek a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the US by acquiring and onboarding partners, supporting key accounts, and advancing sales strategies aligned with their social impact mission.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
  • Experience in sales with ability to connect and nurture business relationships.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Resilience to meet ambitious team targets and KPIs.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Passion for sustainability and the company mission.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously identify and create new business opportunities in the market.
  • Engage and acquire new partners by introducing and selling the Too Good To Go platform.
  • Support the rollout and onboarding of national Key Account partners and smaller acquisitions.
  • Train and engage store managers and staff on using the platform and fighting food waste.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure active partners effectively use Too Good To Go tools.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and contribute to the US Key Account strategy.

Education

  • Relevant sales or business education beneficial but not explicitly required.
