Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities aligned with company strategy.
- Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial close processes.
- Establish and maintain internal controls and financial policies to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Develop and present financial reports and investor materials to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team with scalable systems and processes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- CPA or CFA certification preferred.
