Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of 3 employees and indirect supervision of 3 others including goal assignments and performance appraisals.
- Interpret and explain benefits and Human Resources policies.
- Maintain vendor contract compliance for approximately 30 contracts including RFP to implementation.
- Manage financial stewardship of the City's benefits and wellness budget.
- Act as liaison with other City departments and divisions.

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
