Enterprise Account Manager

Templafy is a leading AI-powered document generation platform serving over 800 enterprises worldwide. They seek an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own a significant portfolio, drive revenue growth, and expand strategic customer relationships in their NYC office.

Skills

  • Proven B2B sales and account management experience
  • Strong communication skills including building relationships with C-level executives
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions at enterprise scale
  • Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of The Message methodologies preferred
  • Experience with or knowledge of AI products is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of ~50 key enterprise accounts with full ownership
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive deployment and adoption of solutions
  • Build pipeline and identify new use cases within existing customer base
  • Execute sales cycles to maximize revenue potential
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product, and BDR teams
  • Support onboarding and contribute to company culture development
