Als erfahrener Account Executive hast du deine Fähigkeit unter Beweis gestellt, komplexe Verkaufszyklen mit mittelständischen Unternehmen zu steuern. Du besitzt ein tiefes Verständnis für die spezifischen Herausforderungen und Geschäftsziele deiner Kunden, was es dir ermöglicht, spezifische Lösungen zu entwickeln, die sowohl bei operativen Teams als auch bei der Führungsebene Anklang finden. Deine Storytelling-Fähigkeiten befähigen dich, effektiv mit Entscheidern aus sowohl IT & Marketing Abteilungen im Mittelstand zu kommunizieren.

 

Aufgaben:

  • Regionales Wachstum vorantreiben: Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Gewinnung neuer Kunden im Mittelstand (mit einem Jahresumsatz von < 1 Mrd. EUR) 
  • Strategische Planung & Umsetzung: Arbeite mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um die Go-to-Market-Strategie von Storyblok umzusetzen, und maximiere das Umsatzpotenzial in deiner zugewiesenen Region
  • Value Selling: Begleite Prospects durch den Vertriebsprozess und präsentiere den individuellen Mehrwert & ROI von Storyblok
  • Kollaboration: Arbeite mit den BDR- und Partnerteams an Outbound-Vertriebsaktivitäten zusammen
  • Strategisches Prospecting: 20 % der Pipeline werden selbst generiert 
  • Verhandlungen und Geschäftsabschlüsse: Führe Verhandlungen mit potenziellen Neukunden durch und erstelle kommerzielle Angebote
  • Komplexe Verkaufsprozesse meistern: Navigiere durch rechtliche und Beschaffungsprozesse, die für B2B-SaaS-Verkäufe typisch sind, und sorge für einen reibungslosen Abschluss der Deals
  • Kundenbeziehungen: Pflege starke Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden & Partnern und arbeite mit dem Customer-Success-Team zusammen, um Upselling-Potenziale zu identifizieren
  • Storyblok bei Veranstaltungen repräsentieren: Tritt als Speaker auf Bühnen und Events auf, um Storyblok zu präsentieren und potenzielle Neukunden zu gewinnen

 

AUSBILDUNG UND ERFAHRUNG

Nachweislicher Erfolg im Abschluss komplexen SaaS-Deals mit MittelstandskundenFähigkeit, Account- und Gebietspläne strategisch zu definieren und auszuarbeiten

  • Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Frameworks wie MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, Gap Selling, SPIN Selling, Sandler, u.a..
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf von SaaS-Lösungen als Account Executive
  • Nachweisbare Fähigkeiten im Beziehungsaufbau und in der Pflege sowie dem Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Verständnis der grundlegenden Funktionsweise von Websites und Cloud-Software
  • Fähigkeit, effektiv und auf Augenhöhe sowohl mit technischen als auch mit Marketing-Ansprechpartnern zu kommunizieren
  • Deutsch als Muttersprache erforderlich
  • Reisebereitschaft, vorwiegend innerhalb von Deutschland, um Kundenbeziehungen zu fördern und an Veranstaltungen teilzunehmen (ca.20% Reisetätigkeit)
