The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Sales Strategy & Operations team sits at the core of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, partnering with a variety of cross-functional teams (sales, business operations, finance, marketing, product, etc.) to help crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the Marketing Solutions business. This role will be partnering directly with our head Online Sales Organization (OSO) Agency Sales in addition to one or more senior sales leaders across the organization.
You will help executives and sales management make data-driven decisions by providing reporting, analysis, and insights from LinkedIn’s customer and sales data. You will be a key member of both the assigned sales leaders’ leadership team and the Online Sales Organization’s (OSO’s) SOPs leadership team and will partner on regional and global efforts and initiatives. You may also be involved in annual planning activities including segmentation, headcount planning, territory building and quota setting.

The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $237,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
