Responsibilities
- Support the Onboarding Manager with all aspects of client onboarding and offboarding.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and fulfill client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Identify improvements to staffing and onboarding processes for efficiency and satisfaction.
- Assist with resource allocation and scheduling for onboarding projects.
- Track onboarding tasks and proactively address issues or delays.
- Serve as point of contact for clients during onboarding.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the onboarding team.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
