We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as a strategic, tactical, and spiritual resource to our incredible team members. In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with leaders to align Christ-centered people strategies with ministry goals, champion employee development, support total rewards, and help build strong, mission-minded teams — all with a servant’s heart.
