- Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Understanding of payments transaction lifecycle and multi-processor payment frameworks.
- Intermediate coding ability (e.g. VBA, Python, C#) for analytics automation.
- Advanced knowledge of database structures, query optimization, and ETL development.
- Strong analytical, project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop payment metrics and dashboards to monitor Starlink payments health.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce costs.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing insights and measuring implemented strategy effectiveness.
- Support launches of new markets, payment methods, product features, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity and collaborate with internal teams and external processors to ensure accuracy.
- Work closely with product, operations, engineering, finance and customer operations teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
