We are seeking a Manager of Inventory Forecasting & Analytics to enhance our inventory systems, ensuring optimal stock levels and data-driven decision-making in our publishing team. This remote-friendly role focuses on collaboration and the development of innovative forecasting models to better serve authors and readers alike.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include building and maintaining inventory forecasting models, analyzing datasets for sales behavior, collaborating with teams for real-time demand adjustments, and implementing scalable reporting tools for inventory decisions.
Skills: Required skills include 3-5+ years in inventory or operations analytics, proficiency in SQL, familiarity with SAP systems, and experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include publishing experience, exposure to machine learning or Python/R, and experience in building integrated dashboards across systems.
Location: This position is fully remote, available in specified US states or hybrid in Naperville, IL or New York, NY.
Compensation: $90000 - $110000 / Annually

The position also allows for a hybrid work schedule at our Naperville or New York, NY office if desired,
This is an exempt, salaried position with an annual salary between $90,000 - $110,000. We determine starting pay based on a thorough evaluation of job-related factors, including geographic location, market conditions, relevant experience, training, and education. This process ensures a fair and competitive salary that aligns with both the company and the candidate’s qualifications.
