Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring, training, and career development to a team of schedulers and production coordinators
- Define and implement team performance metrics and dashboards for daily visibility
- Partner with engineering to analyze and optimize design change timelines
- Develop and automate production schedule and capacity plans using SQL or similar tools
- Create and maintain reports on product completion and on-time performance
- Collaborate with production operations to improve manufacturing flow and processes
- Facilitate Clear to Build meetings to manage priorities and risks
- Support continuous improvement of internal MRP/ERP systems for data accuracy
Education
- Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years of relevant experience in material planning, production coordination, supply chain, scheduling, or manufacturing
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
