JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Human Resources Director the Human Resources (HR) Manageris responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR within the organization, including recruiting, hiring, managing training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. They act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing employee relations issues and playing a key role in strategic planning to align the workforce with organizational goals.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While working at the Casino the incumbent may be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and constant interation with the general public.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more with assistance and may be required to push or pull carts and/or furniture weighing several hundred pounds.
Specific vision abilities that may be required by this job include close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment is hectic, fast paced and often crowdy and noisy.
