Workforce Planning Partner

Robinhood is a leading fintech company dedicated to democratizing finance by providing accessible financial markets. They are looking for a Contingent Workforce Planning Partner to manage their extended workforce and drive strategic initiatives.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Workday and Coupa
  • Understanding of compliance requirements

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the lifecycle of extended workforce workers
  • Lead the Preferred Vendor program
  • Support the launch of a new Vendor Management System
  • Manage Service Periods, End Dates and Worker Types
  • Lead the partnership with employers of record for international workers
  • Identify and drive opportunities for process optimization and innovation

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
