Partner Marketing Manager

ROLLER is a fast-growing global SaaS company serving the leisure and attractions industry, seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive partner ecosystem growth and demand generation.

Skills

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Clear communication and initiative-led mindset.
  • Experienced copywriting and content development capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and partner management platforms.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with integration and service partners.
  • Create onboarding kits, marketing playbooks, and GTM assets for new partners.
  • Manage co-marketing agreements including roles and deliverables.
  • Plan and deliver partner and internal team enablement sessions.
  • Design and execute multi-channel co-branded campaigns and content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Partnerships.
  • Support product launches by aligning partner messaging and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate partner activations and maximize impact at events and trade shows.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with recommendations for optimization.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
