Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including organizing event calendars, sending invites, meeting minutes, and maintaining event documents.
- Submit and track print and poster requests for events and screenings.
- Manage internal invoices, purchase orders, and collaborate with Accounts Payables.
- Assist in managing event budgets and tracking RSVP’s and guest lists.
- Staff events from start to finish including onsite event work when needed.
- Conduct on-the-ground event production and research site locations, vendors, and services.
- Support creation of creative assets for events such as invitations and step-and-repeats.
- Book and manage filmmaker/talent meals during events and manage event vendors.
- Co-manage Specialty Marketing team interns and maintain event supplies.
- Assist with holiday gifting, mailouts, and regional festival team support including ticket tracking.
- Run errands and travel occasionally as required.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (implied by experience requirements)
