Director of Business Development

ROLLER is a fast-growing global SaaS company serving the leisure and attractions industry, seeking a motivated Director of Business Development to lead a high-performing team and drive ambitious revenue growth through strategic leadership and tactical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop SDRs and BDRs to improve messaging, conversion rates, and meet targets.
  • Shadow calls, review outreach, and participate in strategic discussions daily.
  • Manage Salesforce data hygiene and pipeline visibility, streamlining processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with RVPs of Sales to align top-of-funnel efforts with pipeline and GTM priorities.
  • Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies and optimize inbound lead handling.
  • Define, track, and communicate performance metrics and insights across teams.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns and messaging strategy.
  • Deliver ongoing enablement and training tailored to evolving buyer personas and products.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to refine strategies and drive revenue.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
