- Experience with corporate actions, stock loan, or custody teams.
- Understanding of reorganizations, class actions, and proxy processing.
- Familiar with liability claims and working with stock loan counterparties.
- Proficient with DTCC platforms such as Claims Connect and DTCC CA Web.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end processing for corporate actions including dividends, splits, mergers, and tender offers.
- Manage stock loan activity and adjustments ensuring accurate borrower and lender accounts.
- Track and resolve open liabilities using DTCC platforms such as SMART Track and Claims Connect.
- Collaborate with street counterparties, custodians, DTCC, and vendors to validate event details.
- Post adjustments, corrections, and entries in proprietary brokerage systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve time-sensitive or high-impact operational issues.
- Update and improve internal processes and documentation for scalability.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- SIE license or Series 7, or willingness to acquire shortly after joining.
