Skills
- Strong quantitative analytical skills with experience in fraud and market risk.

- Experience building and deploying machine learning models and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
- Combine fraud risk and market risk knowledge to assess risk exposure related to Instant Deposit and collaborate with product managers on strategy.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and develop monitoring dashboards for large scale datasets focused on revenue-risk tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design machine learning systems for customer- and asset-tailored Instant Deposit decisions.
- Lead A/B experiments and extract insights to refine product strategy and risk mitigation approaches.
Education
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience in mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or natural sciences.
