- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure components, especially AWS EKS preferred.
- Understanding of monitoring, incident management, SLAs, and SLOs.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale distributed systems powering Robinhood’s platform and core services.
- Write and review high-quality code and debug complex real-time issues in mission-critical systems.
- Mentor teammates and promote a culture of operational excellence and system resilience.
- Participate in on-call rotations and proactively address system reliability issues to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop scalable tools and infrastructure to meet growing demands.
- Optimize infrastructure for reliability and cost-efficiency aligned with company mission.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
