Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic programs end-to-end across technical and business domains.
- Establish scalable frameworks and operating rhythms to maximize program effectiveness.
- Design and implement change management strategies for cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to align program delivery with business priorities.
- Mentor and guide program managers to enhance team performance.
- Promote adoption of automation and AI tools to increase operational leverage.
- Define KPIs, monitor program performance, and report insights to senior leadership.
- Contribute to a transparent and growth-oriented company culture.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
