- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with 3D CAD solid modeling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead specification, procurement, and implementation of capital equipment.
- Design tooling and fixtures.
- Review and provide input on new process and equipment designs.
- Partner with mechanical development team to transition new processes and equipment into manufacturing.
- Create and own process work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Train manufacturing personnel on new processes and equipment.
- Analyze process data and metrics to drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement projects.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
