Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Unified Mobile Portal App tailored for brokers and agents
- Lead user discovery to understand needs, workflows, and pain points through research and data analysis
- Define MVP scope and core feature set including lead management, performance tracking, and campaign insights
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to build an intuitive and elegant user experience
- Define and track app success metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Align priorities with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success
- Coordinate with other product teams to ensure a consistent multi-platform experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
