Responsibilities
- Interview stakeholders to identify AI use cases and map workflows.
- Prototype Assist solutions using knowledge copilots and retrieval configurations.
- Develop Automate solutions through agentic workflows and production hardening.
- Create Compose solutions with low-code app builders and hand off runbooks.
- Design and deliver AI training materials and conduct workshops to promote adoption.
- Measure AI tool usage and iterate solutions based on feedback and outcomes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
