Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping through onboarding across the firm
- Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies partnering with the CHRO
- Deliver exceptional candidate experience and maintain communication standards
- Build and sustain talent pipelines for critical roles emphasizing long-term engagement
- Liaise with external search partners, negotiate contracts, and ensure aligned delivery
- Optimize use of recruitment technologies like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Guide early career and internship recruitment with HR partners
- Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and workforce plans
- Provide market intelligence and competitive talent insights to hiring managers
- Coach hiring teams on structured interviewing and candidate evaluation
- Collaborate on employer branding and talent attraction strategies
- Define and report on key hiring metrics to executive leadership
