Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate account coding
- Manage vendor payments following the AP payment cycle
- Communicate with vendors and employees to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain confidential handling of financial information
- Assist with month-end and year-end AP closing activities
- Manage employee expense reports and related inquiries
- Serve as first-level finance reviewer for incoming contracts
- Support contract database management and process improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
