Senior Military Operations Analyst – Space Control Planner Lead

Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and mission-oriented Senior Military Operations Analyst – Space Control Planner Lead to provide expert support to the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC). This position focuses on the certification and evaluation of Space Control Planner Teams (SCPTs), operational integration, and strategic planning to strengthen space mission readiness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in space control operations, Tier 1 exercise support, and joint operational planning. 

Primary Duties include, but not limited to:

• Serve as Certification and Evaluation Support Specialist for the Space Control Planner Team (SCPT)
• Conduct assessments of SCPTs and Space Control (SC) elements at Fort Carson, CO and forward locations
• Coordinate across the joint space control community to capture evolving best practices, TTPs, and technical updates for integration into training and standardization programs
• Plan, resource, and execute certification assessments for SCPTs and SC teams
• Support planning, resourcing, and execution of the USASMDC Space Range
• Contribute to certification events and brigade external evaluations (EXEVALs) by developing MSELs and related exercise products
• Conduct Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) planning, professional briefings, and operational writing for USASMDC space mission areas
• Recommend updates and revisions to the Command’s Standards & Evaluations Program focused on SCPT and SC mission areas
• Support broader USASMDC space mission operations and related exercise planning, execution, and documentatio 
• Engage with all levels of DoD leadership to ensure mission-aligned performance and planning

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of seven (7+) years of leadership experience as a field grade officer or senior NCO (MSG/SGM) or equivalent
• Staff-level experience at the brigade level or above, including operations orders production, Tier 1 exercise planning, and staff processes
• Operational experience as a Space Control Planner, or support experience in Tier 1 exercises as an Army Space Control Planner
• Demonstrated experience in space operations planning and support
• Experience with Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations (IJSTO)
• Proficient in Army writing standards, briefings, and professional presentations
• U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous assignments with U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM), U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), 1st Space Brigade, or 100th Ground-Based Missile Defense (GMD)
• Familiarity with Space Operations or Missile Defense Operations
• Knowledge of Army Space and Missile Defense Command structure and the military rank/grade hierarchy

Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
