We are looking for a junior-level, tactical team member to join our consulting team as a Change & Communications Specialist. This is a great opportunity for someone who has graduated from college within the past few years and has gained 3–5 years of professional experience—especially in Organizational Change Management (OCM), Internal Communications, or Training. You will play a key role in supporting the execution of change and communication activities that help employees navigate transformations, especially in fast-paced, IT-driven environments. Success in this role requires exceptional data analysis skills and the ability to turn information into actionable insights.

 How you will make an impact:

• Deliver with precision: Support execution of change management and communication activities that drive stakeholder readiness, employee engagement, and user adoption.

• Support strategy with action: Assist senior team members in developing stakeholder assessments, change impact summaries, and engagement plans—while proactively moving tasks forward.
• Work with data confidently: Use Excel to organize and analyze stakeholder or survey data (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs); help automate updates for reports and slide decks.
• Stay organized and proactive: Manage daily project tasks, help track deadlines and contribute to keeping the work on schedule and aligned.
• Assist with deliverables: Help create and format decks, talking points, FAQs, and reports—ensuring content is clear, professional, and aligned to project goals.
• Track and measure impact: Help monitor adoption, engagement, and readiness metrics; prepare summary reports and flag key trends.

Things to note:

• This is a remote contractor position.
• Some on-site work may be required at client locations or at the Pivot office, depending on client needs. While Pivot offers flexibility, client requirements ultimately guide work arrangements.
• The role may involve extended periods of computer work, virtual collaboration, and occasional in-person meetings.
