Senior Military Operations Analyst Lead

Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven and experienced Senior Military Operations Analyst Lead to oversee the management and execution of complex Department of Defense (DoD) contracts supporting Joint Exercise planning and operations. This senior-level role provides both strategic leadership and subject matter expertise across space, missile defense, and large-scale joint operations. The ideal candidate brings a combination of operational insight, proven leadership, and planning acumen to support high-priority military initiatives.

Primary Duties include, but not limited to:

• Provide overall management of the task order, including personnel oversight, resource planning, quality control, coordination, and performance reviews
• Serve as the task lead for Joint Exercise Support, ensuring alignment with operational goals and requirements
• Plan, support, execute, and document joint military exercises
• Supervise and manage large-scale, multi-faceted research and development initiatives
• Interface effectively with senior DoD stakeholders to meet evolving program objectives

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5+) years of leadership experience as a field grade officer or senior NCO (MSG/SGM) or equivalent
• Brigade-level or higher staff experience with responsibilities including operations orders production, Tier 1 exercise planning, and staff coordination
• Proficiency in Army writing standards, operational briefings, and presentations
• Demonstrated experience in Space operations planning and support to military operations
• U.S. Citizenship

Desired Qualifications:

• Prior assignments with one or more of the following: U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM), U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), 1st Space Brigade, or 100th Ground-Based Missile Defense (GMD)
• Familiarity with Space or Missile Defense operations
• Knowledge of U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC) structure and military rank/grade hierarchy
• Understanding of project management principles for software design, development, and integration
• Professional certification as a Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent

Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance
