Technical Support Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Technical Support Analyst to join our clients IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SaaS web applications and core IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and software systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of the technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for SaaS-based web applications, resolving user issues and escalating as needed.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues across servers, workstations, and software applications.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, or Unix-based servers.
- Assist in user account management, system access, and application deployment.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support cloud infrastructure and services, particularly within Azure.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices for security and system integrity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an IT support or system administrator role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SaaS web applications and enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with server setup, configuration, and maintenance in Windows, Linux, or Unix environments.
- Experience working in cloud environments—Azure preferred.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring and management tools, ticketing systems, and diagnostic utilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
- Experience supporting hybrid or fully remote IT infrastructures
- Working knowledge of ITIL best practices
